Information We Collect

  • Account Data: Name, email, business address, and payment information provided during registration on Webtrix24.

  • CRM Data (Customer Records): Information uploaded by Clients about their End Users, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, lead status, and interaction history.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and device identifiers collected automatically for security and troubleshooting of the Webtrix24 interface.
  • Communication Data (WhatsApp API): To provide our messaging services, we process End User phone numbers and message metadata (timestamps and delivery status).

How We Use Your Information

  • Webtrix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. uses collected data solely to:
  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Webtrix24 CRM platform services.
  • Facilitate automated workflows and WhatsApp Business API messaging.
  • Allow Clients to manage and track their customer relationships.
  • Process payments and provide technical customer support.
  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraudulent activity.

WhatsApp API Specific Provisions (Meta Compliance)

  • Data Processor Role: For WhatsApp messaging, Webtrix24 acts as a Data Processor on behalf of our Clients. All message content is end-to-end encrypted by Meta; neither Webtrix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. nor any third party can read or access the content of private messages.
  • Meta Data Sharing: We share necessary business information (e.g., Facebook Business Manager ID, phone numbers) with Meta Platforms, Inc. to activate and manage your WhatsApp Business API account within Webtrix24.
  • Opt-In Requirements: Clients using Webtrix24 are strictly prohibited from messaging End Users without explicit, documented consent.
  • Data Retention: We retain message metadata for 90 days to ensure reliable delivery, syncing, and billing.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data or your CRM records. We share information only with:
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (specifically for WhatsApp Business API services).
  • Essential Service Providers (e.g., AWS for hosting, Stripe/Razorpay for payments) bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Legal Authorities when required by law to protect our rights or the safety of our users.

User Rights & Data Portability

Under international data protection regulations, you (and your End Users) have the right to:
  • Access & Export: Download a copy of your CRM data at any time.
  • Correct: Update inaccurate customer information directly within the CRM.
  • Request Deletion: Delete your account and all associated CRM records (“Right to be Forgotten”).

Data Security
