Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Webtrix24, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for transactions conducted on our platform.


1. Cancellations

  • Service Subscriptions:

  • Cancellations made after the service has been initiated will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Scheduled Appointments or Events:
  • Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the stipulated period or for no-shows.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same service, the duplicate payment will be refunded.
