WhatsApp Messaging & Anti-Spam Policy
1. Compliance with WhatsApp Business Policy
By connecting a WhatsApp Business account to Webtrix24, the Client agrees to comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all messages sent through the Webtrix24 platform adhere to these guidelines.

2. Mandatory Opt-In Requirements
The Client warrants that they have obtained explicit, verifiable consent (“Opt-In”) from every End User before sending any business-initiated messages via the WhatsApp API. Webtrix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to request proof of Opt-In at any time. Failure to provide such proof may result in immediate suspension of the Client’s API access.

- Content that violates intellectual property or local laws.
- High-frequency automated messages that trigger WhatsApp’s anti-spam filters.
4. Account Health and Quality Rating
The Client acknowledges that WhatsApp monitors “Quality Ratings” based on user feedback (e.g., when users “Block” or “Report” a number). If a Client’s Quality Rating falls to a “Low” status or the account is flagged for spam, Webtrix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. may temporarily or permanently disable the messaging feature for that account to protect our platform’s reputation.

5. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Webtrix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. harmless from any claims, fines, penalties (including those imposed by Meta/WhatsApp), or legal fees arising from the Client’s violation of messaging policies or the sending of unauthorized communications.

6. Termination for Misuse
Webtrix Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate access to the Webtrix24 CRM and the WhatsApp API integration immediately, without a refund, if it is determined that the Client is using the platform for spam or unauthorized marketing.
